[Elecraft] K3 VFO encoder temperature sensitive?

This is not normal and should be reported to K3support at elecraft.com.  I
had a problem with one of my K3s I/O not working at low temps (unheated
shack in winter) until it warmed up.  Eventually I had to replace the KIO3
to solve the problem.
