[Elecraft] Couple questions about K2

The SSB module won't buy you anything for CW, unless you plan to use J2A
where modulation is required (i.e. the method for CW used in cocoaModem,
etc.). The RX and filters in the base CW rig are already ideal for normal CW
and it has a built-in keyer as well. 

I elected not to put the SSB module in my K2 and haven't missed it for
CW....
