For several years I have been using an MFJ-4125 (6"x6"x2") with several 
different rigs when portable. Fan noise is quite low, especially when you have 
if off the same table as the rig, which is how I operate it. At the time I 
bought it, several years ago, it had one of the best reviews of several 
covered in QST for having no hash nor ripple. There is a more current review 
in QST with other supplies having a few more features, but this unit is light 
weight and very dependable.
