Have you re-run the RF-Gain calibration recently? Perhaps rerun it?
Maybe the battery died in your signal generator in the middle of the
last time you ran the cal? ;)

When I reduce the bandwidth from 4.0 KHz, the radio performs as expected EXCEPT when the the different filter switches in. When I reduce the bandwidth and it switches from FL1 to FL2, the receiver gain goes up at least 12 dB. Whe I further reduce the bandwidth and the radio switches frm FL2 to FL3, the gain reduces to that of FL1. Filter gains are set at 0 dB, 1 dB and 3 dB for FL1 thru FL3. This happens in USB as well as CW. When I use FL2, I need to turn down the RF gain. What's happning?
