[Elecraft] Possible USB 2.0 mod

Keep in mind that buying this rather than simply using a FTDI chipset
based USB to RS232 cable will negate the ability to use the P3 or
KPA500 properly...  But I suppose this could be installed into the P3
or KPA500 instead....
