The SignaLink USB will not be of any use with MacLoggerDX.  You will need to get a USB-to-serial adapter for rig control.

If you already have a SignaLink USB, its sound card will work fine with the transmit and receive audio jacks to the Line Input and Line Output jacks of the K3.   I would leave the sound activated PTT from the SignaLink USB disconnected and use the VOX PTT that is already built into the K3 instead.
