[Elecraft] K3 Firmware Rev. 3.97: New K3 utility?

This is probably my fault.  I may have updated the K3UtilityVersionInfo.txt
file in the folder that Wayne uses to create the beta version for an
unreleased version of the K3 Utility.

The web site K3 Utility version will work fine.

The K3UtilityVersionInfo file with the latest beta includes the following
info:

; K3 Utility Version information
CurrentVersion = 1.3.5.8		; the most recent Windows version
published

The latest version of the util currently available for download on the
website is 1.3.4.26.

Is the version info in this file premature?
