Domonic,

The error codes and enumerated beginning on page 1 of Appendix E in the 
manual.
The E27 says that the filter board firmware is not communicating with 
the K1 microprocessor.
The E42 says that the VFO is not oscillating properly - if you have not 
yet installed L1, that message is normal until it is installed.
