[Elecraft] K3 config save and vfo push settings

Forest: I'm away from my office this weekend, but I know that the  
filter configuration is included in the configuration save. I don't  
know off the top of my head if RX and TX EQ are saved or not, but a  
simple experiment would be one way to find out.

What's saved are those areas initialized by parameter initialization  
(EE INIT).
