[Elecraft] Help needed on K2/100

Hi...

The PTT feature quite working on my K2/100.  I've checked the circuit up to U1 on the SSB Adapter and it appears OK.  In receive, pin 6 has approximately 6 volts on it and with PTT activated on the microphone, it drops to zero.  However, no relays click and no RF out appears in the display.  The rig continues to receive any signal it is tuned to but I can hear my own audio over that signal if I talk into the Mic.  So, I conclude the SSB Adapter is processing the audio signal from the mic, but where do I check next to see why it isn't triggering the transmitter?  Any ideas appreciated.  BTW, "Tune" works fine with output matching whatever level the display is showing.
