[Elecraft] New Firmware MCU 3.79

The K3 Utility finds the highest version of each firmware file in the  
folder. If the mist recent rev is problematic, remove it or rename it  
perhaps by changing it's extension. I don't provide any help in  
matching MCU to DSP revisions tho.

Several FTers and customers have never used the K3 Utility's "normal"  
FTP mechanism. It is supposed to be really easy!
