Do Elecraft firmware numbers simply count the versions sequentially, or 
is there some structure to them? For example, X.yy where changes to X 
denote major new releases [that may not be backward compatible with 
earlier versions of the K3 Utility and/or Memory Manager], and yy 
denotes minor revisions, bug fixes, and specific small features or 
enhancements ... or something like that.
