[Elecraft] Heil 4-pin XLR pinout

Heil pinouts are available online and MCM Electronics ( mcminone.com ) is a source that I've used for the 4 pin XLR connectors.

And at $5.50 they're a deal. Although I've always favored Switchcraft, these Neutrik are a decent quality and easy to use.
