[Elecraft] Reduced-height bail (cost)

Actually that sounds reasonable.  The item may not cost a whole lot 
to manufacture, but by the time you add in the overhead cost of 
having it on hand, paying someone to take the order, go get it from 
stock, package and label it, and then give it to the shipper you end 
up with having to price things up a bit.  Some companies deal with 
this by having large minimum orders or charging large handling fees 
making cheap prices not so cheap by the time it hits your door.
