Hi Dick,

Alignment of the K3 is performed either by using a computer utility or via
the front panel.  You don't have to "adjust" anything.  Also, assembly of
the K3 is like putting a PC together.  There is no soldering involved.  The
only difference between one option and the other is time and money.

and Tested K-3 vs. a Kit?  Such as, what sections of the K-3  will be better

aligned by the factory?  Sorry if this is a repeat  question, I couldn't
