Hi Doug, and thanks.

Running the Setup program as Administrator does not help.

The solution for this is to right-click on the program and select "Run 
as administrator".  Windows 7 has tighter security than good old Windows 
XP.  The OS won't let just anybody create directories.  Almost anytime 
you run an install program it is wise to run it as Administrator.
