[Elecraft] K3 CW/CW-REV config option

I prefer CW-R and only occasionally use CW if there is some close-in sig on the high side that I'm
having trouble filtering away.
In Logger32, I have configured the "Setup bands & modes" CW options to read "CW-R", which works fine
when QSYing on DXCluster spots etc. The only thing it doesn't fix for me is automatically
monitoring the NCDXF beacons when the rig uses CW - no big deal really.
[I have another minor irritation with DATA-REV mode being selected sometimes for some reason I
haven't fathomed yet. Again, no big deal so long as I notice - which generally happens after I've
been sending RTTY CQs for ages without reply!!].
