[Elecraft] K3 on 60m in the UK?

Will the K3 transmit on the UK 60m channels?. See:

Further, do I need to buy the BPF option for 60m?

Also, what is involved in "minor retuning of the 60M bandpass filters", 
if anything? What test equipment is required to do this?
