[Elecraft] Beware, Make Sure Your Amp Is In Standby If You Turn On the K3

Could this be related to concurrently keying the K3 with DTR on a
serial connection (or ???) if part of the turn-on routine included
bring up a PC with some keying/logging program in the PC's startup
list?
