[Elecraft] [K3] Ferrite beads on TMP cables

Thanks to those who sent me a link to the drawing.

In response to several queries I received, I agree that there *should not
be* any currents flowing on the outsides of the coax cables. As far as I
know, that doesn't mean that there *are* no currents on the outsides of the
cables. I think that putting ferrites on the some of the cables is a good
way to see if there are currents or not. Now that I have a possible source
for the connectors, I may make up my own cables and give them a try. That's
one of the reasons I love having a radio I built - or, in this case,
assembled - myself. It's a great learning vehicle.

In response to other queries as to what might go wrong, I can't imagine why
putting ferrites on the outside of the coax would affect the signals
traveling on the inside of the coax. If someone can illuminate me, I'm all
ears.
