[Elecraft] K3 AGC changes from SLOW to FAST on scan/stop transition

More specifics:

Set vfo A to, eg, 14.000.00
Set vfo B to, eg, 14.050.00
Press AGC to set agc to S
Press V>M
Dial desired memory number
Press V>M to store
Press V>M to load scan info
Press V>M to confirm
Hold FREQ ENT to start scan
Press M>V to stop scan
Press M>V to re-load scan
Press M>V to confirm
AGC will change to F

Can anyone else replicate this?
