Jorge,
Hopefully I can help - at least I can try!
The RX Ant IN can connect to the main RX
That means the main RX can be switched between RX Ant and the KAT3.
If the TMP cable to the SubRX is plugged into the KAT3, then ---
The SubRX can be switched to share the main RX antenna (whichever that
may be) or the non-TX antenna of the KAT3.
If the TMP cable to the SubRX is pcnnected to the AUX RF jack, then ---
The SubRX can be switched to share the main RX antenna or can use the
AUX RF antenna.
So it all depends on which TMP cable you have plugged into the SubRX -
you cannot have both.
You could connect it either way, but I suspect you would want to connect
the SubRX to the AUX RF jack because you would not want to transmit into
the receiving antennas (which could happen if you connect the receive
antenna to the KAT3).
Yes, you would have to use an external switch or relay box to select
from the 3 receiving antennas. Diversity would use the TX antenna as the
antenna on the main unless you connect one receiving antenna to the RX
ANT IN (for the mainRX antenna) and another to the AUX RF jack (for the
SubRX antenna).
There *are* a lot of possible configurations! Which one is best for your
situation is your challenge to determine.
