Let's say you have selected a 2.8 kHz filter. Use the LO CUT control to move the low cut freq to 0.00.

Now turn that same control clockwise and notice that it goes to 0.20, 0.30, 0.40.

Now move the control back down. Notice that it goes to 0.30, 0.20, 0.10, and then finally, 0.00. 

So to select 0.10, one must increase past this value, then come back down.

Note that I'm not asking for a firmware fix, just simply pointing out this curious behavior.
