[Elecraft] Elecraft Service - OUTSTANDING

Elecraft's service is second to none.  I've had emails answered on weekends, holidays and evenings.  I'm not so thrilled with the three hardware failures I've had.  One was fixed under warranty (KXV3 issue), one I fixed myself (ATU issue) and the third is going to be $66 for the part (VFO B encoder) since I'm out of warranty.  A great radio, but it hasn't been reliable for me.
