[Elecraft] OT: cyrpto RX

Before this thread gets stopped, as it should, my personal experience 
was living 1/2 block away from WPEN's transmitter in Philadelphia. I was 
amazed to hear WPEN coming out of our stove and toaster. True story. 
Shortly thereafter I became KN3SME.
