[Elecraft] K3 FSK Passband Frequency

Hi Bud:

If you make sure that the MMTTY Mark freq is set to the same pitch as 
the Mark freq on the K3, I'm sure you will find that the RTTY signal 
will appear in the center of the MMTTY screen with the K3 passband centered.
