[Elecraft] K3 Tuning encoder pulses and birdie problem

I too have rather strong encoder pulses around 5 MHz.  They peak around
S4-S5 with no antenna attached, and preamp off.  From prior discussions with
Wayne, the synthesizers seem to be rather "hot".
