[Elecraft] DATA A Mode Changes to AFSK A

Hi Don,

I just went back and tried several firmware changes and the K3 has  
made a liar out of me.  It stayed in DATA A through the changes.   But  
that makes it all the more worrisome.  I never use AFSK A, but have  
definitely found the rig in that mode after firmware updates.
