[Elecraft] [K3] Best Field Day settings?

I'm going to use my K3 at our FD, mostly for the CW station but I'm sure some
may want to try it on SSB in a contest environment.  I would appreciate any
input as to the best AGC settings (or any others settings for that matter)
for CW and SSB contesting.
