[Elecraft] K3 Beta firmware rev. 2.78: "Sign-on banner" and misc. improvements

With the 1.2.1.6 K3 Utility for OSX I get the message that I have the newest
firmware although it is 02.73.

Does anyone have a direct link to download 02.78?
