[Elecraft] S meter interaction on K3

I still would like to be able to fix this. The S meter jumps up as soon as
a plug goes into the headphone jack, whether a real set of headphones, a
grounded plug or an open plug. As it is, with headphones plugged in, every
signal is S9 plus. Any ideas?
