[Elecraft] K3 NB causes more noise on 160?

Dana,

You may want to try playing with the NB settings. I've noticed that I need
to be finicky about my selection, regardless of the band. Some settings seem
noisier than others, but it is effective when you find the right "notch".

I haven't had to use it much on the Top Band, but the same comments apply.
