[Elecraft] [K3] Front/Rear MIC Input Level

There's *no* requirement to see 7 bars for full output. While I can get 7
bars of ALC, I show 100 watts PEP on an external meter with only 4 or 5 bars
too. That agrees with the Owner's manual which says "While talking, set MIC
{25} for 4-7 bars of ALC, and CMP for the desired compression." (pg 5 rev D2
with more on pg 28)
The bar graph RF output on my K3's display faithfully shows peaks and agrees
with my external meter as well.

I checked again and it is exactly the same here. I have a LP-100 peak meter
and it shows 100 Watt out in SSB with MIC GAIN 20 COMP 20.
With normal speech I have only 2-4 bars of ALC, with OOOOLA I get 5-6.
