[Elecraft] Poor man's pan adapter - K2 Panadapter

The hardware is available to order now, and the LP-Bridge support for 
the reduced command set of the K2 will be ready in a few weeks. If you 
plan to order, use the standard order buttons and add a note that it's 
for K2.
