[Elecraft] Elecraft 70cm transverter, K3 and repeater access tones?

Yes, that's what you would do. Except you forgot to set the repeater offset
(RPT OFS in the menu.) I don't know how you would get the K3 to select a
CTCSS tone, though. If there is an option for it, I can't find one.
