[Elecraft] K3 Hardware Updates

Hrm.  Seems odd.  My understanding was that they were there to reduce
bounce on the clock edges and to lessen the amplitude to about 3V when
talking to those devices.  

Logic tells me that it should be ok at both speeds with the termination
in place but your experience demonstrates otherwise.  

Perhaps I should turn mine back to SPI1 and see if I end up with any
issues.
