[Elecraft] K3 Autonotch Gremlin

I noted the same issue with the autonotch. I kind of works but before the
latest firmware the autonotch just made +20 and +40 tuner uppers just
disappear. Now is still works but not like before. It sort of hunts for the
carrier and kills 70%.
