[Elecraft] Auto-Notch Broken in 3.25 (I probably missed this)

AGC is on.  Here are the settings:

AGC Delay nor
AGC Hold 000
AGC PLS nor
AGC SLP 002
AGC THR 008
AGC-F 140
AGC-S 010

Otherwise, the function appears to work properly when in manual mode.
