If you want to do only PTT via the RS-232 port you want
RTS-OFF.
There are two signals available ... the VFO B area shows
PTT - KEY (Key is CW). The options are:
Signal: PTT CW
OFF - OFF (no PTT or CW via RS-232)
RTS - OFF (PTT only via RTS)
DTR - OFF (PTT only via DTR)
OFF - RTS (CW via RTS - NO PTT)
OFF - DTR (CW via DTR - NO PTT)
RTS - DTR (PTT via RTS, CW via DTR - N1MM/WriteLog)
DTR - RTS (PTT via DTR, CW via RTS)
I would set the rig to RTS - DTR for N1MM and configure
DXLab/Commander/WinWarbler to PTT on RTS and use the "KY"
support (CW must use VOX/QSK).

FSK can't be done without a TNC, a device like the microHAM
interface that generates FSK externally or a USB port with
the proper (EXTFSK) driver in MMTTY. The USB port requires
a transistor to convert the +/- 10V from the RS-232 port to
open collector switch closures for the FSK input of the K3.
FSK is not an absolute requirement for RTTY as you can use
AFSK (tones) if they are handled correctly.
