Thanks to all who have responded in regard to the features which are not 
yet enabled... I am sorry for being slow on the draw, I use to keep up 
on all the news and firmware stuff, but been too busy lately.

HOWEVER, Still having the issue with the amp. YES, I have enabled it in 
the menu system. Also, I can not hear my voice in the off air tests 
through the monitor.
