[Elecraft] Mini-modules: BL1 vs BL2 dimensions

Thanks Steef and Ron. I did have my customer confirm the BL1 is 1.5 x 3. 
So, I'm going to make up one with those dimensions for him to test (the 
other connections look like they line up with the BL2).

If anyone else with a BL1 is interested in an enclosure, please contact 
me off list and we'll arrange something.
