Don't you love progress.  Never has touching two wires together become 
so complicated.   Thank you Microsoft.
WINKEY has been around for quite a while now.  It is supported by 
contest and logging programs.

If you have a parallel port you can send CW without WINKEY OK..  Many 
contesting programs will send CW just fine via the LPT port. 
WIN-XP needs DLPORTIO drivers to achieve non-stuttering CW. 

Be careful.  WINKEY comes in several versions.   Make sure your software 
supports the appropriate version.
