[Elecraft] Shutdown on 50MHz CW

I've been using my K3 quite a lot over the past couple of days on 6m 
including CW and JT6M. Power levels were in the region of 100W and I 
experienced no problems with shutdown. However I have previously noticed 
some strange issues on 10m when testing into a dummy load, the problem 
is/was intermittent and appeared as a higher than expected SWR of around 
1.6:1 which reduced the power output when not using the auto ATU. 
Switching antenna sockets did have an effect and also using the ATU gave 
a good apparent SWR and consequently full output. The dummy load is a 
known good Bird one with good coax.

Having just started to use the K3 intensively on 6m, there is a problem
with the PA shutting down, especially on CW. After 10-20 seconds of
operating, the RF power disappears. Many of the symptoms are
intermittent, showing no clear pattern - except that it only happens on
50MHz.
