What happens, if the screws get loose and you don't tighten them, is the
finals fail due to over heating when they no longer make good, solid thermal
contact with the heat sink.

I still haven't reset the
mounting screws and haven't had any problems sofar, my K2/100 just works
fine business mainly from the car /m at full power. Sometime soon I'm
intending to check out the filter alignment etc so will check those screws
in the KPA 100 then.
