Rob,
And ... you will *not* notice any problem at all until one time it just
stops transmitting and you have zapped the PA transistors because their
cases got hot and the heat could not transfer to the heat sink.
THEN ... after putting new transistors and thermal pads in place, you
must start the clock again and re-tighten after some time on the new
transistors.
What I am attempting to communicate is to DO IT NOW!
