[Elecraft] FM test results - not good for U.S.

Of course I'm sure there are exceptions, but I've not
been aware of traditional "5 kHz deviated" FM usage 
on 10M frequencies below 29.0 mHz.  It simply a case
of the operator being aware of ... and following ... the
FCC's rules.

I expect/ed to be able to use "conventional" 5 kHz FM 
deviation above 29.0 mHz when using my K3.
