[Elecraft] TX EQ on data modes

I am not sure I like that  result.  Should the TX EQ (and for that matter the 
RX EQ) be turned off  automatically in DATA A and AFSK modes?

transmission. So it applies to  AM, FM, SSB, DATA A and AFSK, but not
FSK-D, PSK-D or  CW.
