[Elecraft] Elecraft SSB Net - changing Sunday time to 1800

We met briefly today at 2100 on 14.235 with the following check-ins:

Conditions were poor. We decided to change the time to 1800 z because  
conditions tend to be better earlier in the day. Please make note of  
the new time.
