It appears that one can use pin 7 for "XVTR ON" if it is not being
used for INH (at least that's the case with FW 2.02).
If CONFIG:TX INH is OFF, pin 7 will be 5.0 V when the K3 is on and
will work for XVTR power control. If CONFIG:TX INH is set to either
LO = INH or HI = INH, pin 7 can not be used (reliably) for XVTR
power control.
