[Elecraft] K3: cw/vox/PTT ver 2.02 - bug?

Hello Mike,

thanks to this "problem" I am totally confused now.... :-(

Mentioned problem is maybe permanent in all previous versions, tried 
1.88 now and have the same results.
If SSB+CW active there is all the time RF out in SSB mode even if CW 
mode is in PTT or VOX. The difference is that if CW is in VOX/QSK then 
DELAY is applied, if CW in PTT it is like FULL QSK

But IMHO if SSB mode is set to PTT and also CW mode is set to PTT 
there should be NO CW RF on output without any other conditions except 
PTT or XMIT or CW VOX/QSK active.(in SSB+CW)
Am I right? Or am I so rigid?
Aditonally to ensure application of CW VOX/QSK delay it (CW in SSB 
mode) should be only when CW mode in VOX/QSK.

How it is possible I was fixed so long with this idea that SSB+CW is 
not working without CW mode in VOX/QSK? Maybe before 1.88 it was?
SSB+CW was at 1.87 release - I have not a copy of it :-(
